I’ve been a residential home appraiser in Ohio for over 28 years evaluating single family homes, condominiums and vacant land appraisals. My expertise spans 6 diverse counties in Central Ohio including Franklin, Delaware, Licking, Madison, Union, and Fairfield.

Over my career, I’ve inspected 10,500+ homes providing me with a deep understanding of the market & expansive network of realtors, real estate appraisers and appraisal industry leaders in Columbus, Ohio and beyond.

Originally from the steel valley, Warren Ohio, I graduated from Warren Western Reserve in 1988 and Kent State University in 1993, shortly thereafter moving to Columbus, Ohio.

When I’m not working, you can find me hanging out at a softball field, on a basketball court or at a wrestling match with my wife of 17 years, Trisha Jackson of Trisha’s Elderberries, watching our 2 very active teenagers. You might also find me at live alternative country gigs, music trivia nights or playing the drums in my spare time.
